This business is a classic bait and switch self-storage unit. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. 64% rent increase after 3-months of signing a lease. I specifically asked the rental manager of the rent increase practice and she assured me it would be at most 20-25% but got an automated email of the 64% rent increase after only 3-months. Shady business with employees that lie and take zero responsibility. Had exceptional help moving in into my new storage unit really great team 10 out of 10 recommend with great prices too
the good- the facility is clean and well maintained. the bad- they raise your rates 3 months after you move in. How is that helpful? Get your stuff moved in and time to pay more? the onsite staff are uncool and lurk around your unit near closing time asking if they can help you? they make you buy a lock that only fits in a certain type of lock set, no refunds. (you cant use your own) -Super creepy - there is a robot camera that follows customers around in the parking lot. all the time...
