Robin was a swift in our need to secure a spot for our toy hauler. Not only was she efficient, but also very personable! It made our decision to rent with SecureSpace Richmond! Will update in the coming months to review ongoing customer service, reliability, and unit safety.
This location is super well managed. Incredibly clean and secure. Staff are very helpful and kind incl help with lockouts and unit moves. Highly recommend. Like many in the personal storage business, they start with low rates that go up over time, so buyer beware. They also should extend their opening hours by a few hours but other than that, this place is top notch.
Very clear and structured sign-up process. The staff were very professional and answered all my questions. Facility in Richmond was built around 2024 and is clean and secure. I feel very comfortable parking my RV at that location.
