VI TOR IS Polite, courteous, and very knowledgeable.
Its been 2 months of me waiting on my refund and still don't have it. I've called over and over and told someone will call me back and they don't. Was told the District manager knows about it but they're busy so I just had to wait so another month goes by and I have to call again. Was told the store would call me back yesterday and they never did and of course today they're closed. Do not use this company!
