No idea how this place has 4.5 stars. I have rented from here for 9 months and now I am getting another email that they are yet again, increasing my units rent. From $85 to $160 now to $180. The place smells because people are living in units, the elevator was broke for over a momth. When talking to management they didn't care that we could not access our units. The air conditioner was leaking into someone's unit took them a week to fix it. Definitely not worth what they are asking to pay.
We had the worst experience of our life at this facility. We arrived and no one was there for 1+ hours to give us our key. Then when someone did arrive we were greeted by the actual worst employee we have ever experienced at any establishment. Do not rent here. You will absolutely regret it.
Staff is fantastic. Especially one lady who is always super helpful. About the rates: I have the same issue as everyone else - the first couple of months after normal rates return are all good, then without warning or need, the price goes up SIGNIFICANTLY for no real reason - no upgrades or improvements, just higher cost. (the hikes AFTER the normal rates return are ridiculous) I especially feel sorry for people with big units and the elderly who get totally scammed with this business model because it's more complicated for ... read more
