Good luck getting access to your stuff or the facility. The hours listed online are not correct and everyone at this location is very difficult to work with in addition to the general area and interior not being clean or well-maintained.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. This company uses deceptive pricing. They get your initial business at an discounted rate and then a month or two later they increase the rate. Crystal should listen to the customer instead of offering a crazy solution of moving out of the current space and renting a new space to get new customer pricing. She acted like a 12 year old kid, Corporate needs to know what's going and correct the issues.
Place feels secure. Staff are friendly, it has easy access and is well lit. Only problem is all the homeless people who try to hassle you for money as you arrive. Staff pushes people away, but there too many. Aside from that, it's been a great experience. Edit: I was abroad for a year and someone broke in. They entered with masks and took a safe, guitars, and others out the entrance. They did not notify me and deleted the video footage. I would not go back.
Managed to make money no to be covenant or accommodating. Go elsewhere
