The team is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, and I would gladly give them five stars . However, I do feel that the call center could be more transparent. Providing incorrect information to attract customers may create problems in the long run. Overall, I am very pleased with the security measures and the cleanliness of the location.
Diana and stephanie were so delightful, from start to finish they made sure I was taken care of!!! I recommend this storage to anyone who is loooogn for a safe / cleanliness storage space
