Mel greeted me as I walked in the door and gave me her attention immediately. She was very helpful with finishing up the paperwork. Mel walked me to the storage facility area gave me some ideas for how to store boxes and help me with the padlock. Very pleased with the experience.
Robin was so helpful in arranging a tricky and complicated storage arrangement. It was easy and painless to get this done and we thank her for the good work.
Had the same unit for two years. In that time, the cost went from $80 a month to $300. They changed the lock for no reason and were set to auction my stuff for being 2 days late on the payment. No notice that my unit was set to auction. As I sit here I see the majority of units have auction locks on them. I wonder if the owners know or if they’ll be blindsided like I almost was
