Great experience! Assistant manager did perfect! Needs his bonus’s for sure.
When dealing with the stress and chaos of a move or storing items long term…. Or both… this place was by no means an added stress! I actually found my self enjoying my visits to the unit as a pause during the chaos. The facility is so clean and easy to navigate. I saw several staff walking around to keep an eye on things and CHARLES was the most helpful when making the reservation! I am beyond satisfied that I decided to go with Secure over all the *immense amount of options*
The facility is maintained well and I appreciate the extra security. The customer service from all employees is top notch and they were so helpful.
Charles was super friendly and very helpful.
