SUPER helpful and explained the units honestly
They need a better system for moving your stuff if they put you upstairs in the building it's very inconvenient to go there and submit your license for a cart or not get one at all.I would find another place that has 24/7 access 7-9 isn't enough time when dealing with help to move.
Sadly we also got suckered in by a reasonable rate and 2 months late they literally doubled it. Naturally once your stuff is there you feel stuck because it’s either move all of your stuff again or pay double what you expected to pay. It’s no wonder that there are so many units that are locked out to their customers for not paying because they expect to pay a rate and then get slapped with double that a couple months later. This is horrible.
Try local places…. This place will say one thing, and do another. Give you a price that will change in a few months. My example was $25 to $60. (Update since there reply response: I tired talking to them for over 3months. All I got was more fees and headaches! )
Victor, with customer service, was great! Hopefully the rest of my experience reflects this first phone call (fingers crossed).
