Billie was very nice and professional she gave me a short tour on how everything worked and I was really impressed how clean the place was. I feel good about choosing this place for storing my things with their top notch security and climate control throughout the place
We had a great experience starting the rental from SecureSpace. Bille was extremely helpful and professional. The grounds are well maintained and the interior common areas are immaculate / new.

Over the past few weeks we’ve come to grab things from our unit a few times. Each time the gate to the loading area - which is supposed to be locked and require a code - was just sitting open. I wouldn’t generally care about that too much, but it got to where we noticed the same van camping out there a couple times and it just seemed weird that they’re not using the gate, when that security was part of the appeal of the place.
