These folks are wonderful. It's a brand new facility conveniently located off 680 in Martinez. You need a code to get in the gate and then another code to get in the building so your stuff is SECURE. The lady at the front desk when I showed up for the first time was extremely helpful and explained everything. It's so new you usually have to press down on the door to your unit before you lock it. The accessibility is great as well.
My experience has been great. The staff was very polite, attentive, and helpful during the process. The facility looks clean, modern, and well organized. Looking forward to continuing a great experience!
There was a nice elderly lady and a young gentleman who helped me find, show me how to use, and took me through every step of the process for attaining my storage unit. They were extremely concise and straight to the point about what to expect during my stay there. On top of that the units are very well maintained they have complementary items for tenants such as free water, a trolly for your things, a bathroom, boxes for storage, and other things to assist you during your move in.
