Will helped us get set up with our storage unit and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and provided excellent customer service throughout. We appreciated his professionalism and how easy he made the sign-up process. Highly recommend working with him!
The front desk guy was super helpful and explained everything very well. Facility is very new, clean and secure. The only thing I don't like is the fact that you cannot lock in the price. It is changing every month. I need this storage for 2 years + so I guess I just have to hope that it won't double in price !!??

Good service
The place is clean, updated, the staff (Billie) are polite, knowledgable, and helpful, other tenants that I've met in passing have gone out of their way to be accommodating. The only item on my wish-list is 24/7 unit access because I keep odd hours but as it stands now, I believe the access hours are every day from 0600-2200.
