Martin on the customer service line was incredibly helpful and got me all set up to move in over the weekend with less than 24 hours notice.
It was super easy to get the unit and all staffs were really nice and helpful. The storage is clean and the building is well maintained and secure. We had to switch the size and they were able to accommodate.
Great storage space, temperature controlled, VERY clean building. Building management helpful and sweet. So far it’s everything we can ask for. Minus one star because the customer service rep who I spoke to on the phone was very rude, pushy, and transferred me to the building manger without saying “please hold” or “thank you”. No manners.
