Billie was fantastic and provided excellent customer service. There was a discrepancy between the unit we booked online and what the system actually assigned to us. Billie quickly fixed the issue and made sure we we satisfied. The facility is very clean and well laid out, it's easy to get to the loading bay and move stuff in and out of storage.
A nice and very clean storage space! And Billie, well, this is how customer service people are supposed to be! She is exceptional. Sadly good customer service is a lost skill --and attitude-- in our culture. Billie should teach a course!
