Non existent customer service and seemingly overall lack of empathy for the human race as a whole. This place puts the rage in storage. Only giving 1 star because I think you have to give at least 1.
Be warned you will get random price increases that are higher than online rates with 0 explanation. Customer service 0 stars
If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Moving and storing in New York is already so difficult, and these people made it a nightmare. Do not recommend to anyone.
