Great service from both associates!
I would never use SecureSpace again. Within 4 months of starting our lease the facility increased my rent by 70% without more explanation than "needed for ongoing management". We spent money to have movers bring all of our things to the unit and load it up, multiple days to get everything there, so we are now stuck using the facility. There is no protection for the renters in the leases for this and it is clear that they are more concerned about money grabbing than the experience of the people who rent here.
