Within 6 months of storing with them, they actually doubled the price. Not a fair business practice unfortunately
I've been storing my stuff for decades. (Don't judge. I have my reasons.) Most of that time was with Manhattan Mini and then, very briefly, with Public Storage. When Secure Space was still in the building stage, I put my name on their list. Manhattan Mini had recently been acquired by a much larger org. and it was beginning to show in their service, while Public Storage was having "creature" issues.) I only just signed up, but they made the process extremely smooth. My only issue, a minor one, is that I would have preferred knowing in advance that you can park in their garage.
The space is clean and accessible. Once I got there, I called the support number and Daneysha, a store manager, was very helpful and nice. She answered all my questions, showed me around, and made the experience moving in so easy. Couldn’t recommend it more!
