Once my wife and I arrived we were greeted by one of the reps and her name was Rosemary very helpful and answered all of our questions. Would definitely be recommending this place to any of my friends who wish to get storage

People were great- very attentive, very helpful
I paid for a storage unit after being assured I would receive a code to start moving in the same day. When I arrived at the facility a little before 5 pm I found my code did not work. There was no one on site to assist. I called the number on the sign and was on hold for about 20 minutes before speaking with someone who transferred me to a voicemail.
