Securepol is one of the most transparent security companies I have dealt with. What impressed me the most is that they have an online application where you can actually build your own alarm system package and see the pricing. I have never seen another company offer something like that. Most companies make you call and push sales, but here everything is clear and upfront. Our initial experience with Securpol was positive while we were shopping for a security system. The sales process and installation went smoothly, and the system was installed around August/September 2025. We paid for the system in full at that time. Unfortunately, our experience after installation has been very disappointing. We had two issues with our garage door not syncing properly with the mobile app. We contacted customer support both times, but they were not able to provide any meaningful help or troubleshooting.
