SecureNet is a money hungry business!!! We're moving and have been with this company for 10 years and now they're saying we have until Oct to pay, this being the middle of May??? Really nice Public Relationship, is this the way you make all your money by holding people that have been customers so long hostage? What kind of people are you? Get real. I'm Facebooking all this info and telling the enews all I can about the way you treat "your loyal customers". Thanks alot. I think my next stop is at the BBB.

I will NEVER use this company again! In reading the other reviews I am not at all surprised I had a very similar experience. I called Secure Net and told them I was moving my business. I have a letter stating as much, however they said because I did not notify them in writing I would have to pay a penalty of 304.89 because they said I was on a 1 year automatic renewal. I want to relate a story about Securenet. I have been a good customer of Securenet since April 2007. I now no longer need alarm services and contacted Securenet to have my monitoring turned off July31 2013. I just got off the phone with Alyssa Wesbrook, who claimed to be in charge of the corporate office of Securenet Alarm Systems Inc.
