Horrible customer service!!!! Tell you one thing do another! Wanted to cancel my service effective one day. They took another payment out and then told me I had to submit in writing. Gave my e-mai address to send the form. Then it had to come from another department, that was not in. Oh and by the way the form has to be in 30-days prior to service disconnection. I am guessing so they can attempt to withdraw another months monitoring service in a house we no longer live in. If I could do less than one star I would.
Buyer beware. Securenet locked us in with a 5 year contract 10 years ago when we first subscribed to their services. We moved 4 years into the 5 year contract and were told that we would owe the company for the 5th year of the contract if we did not move their services to our new house. We made the move and were obligated to sign another 5 year contract. What we were not told was the in the fine print the contract has an AUTO-RENEW provision which renews annually for additional 1 year terms. We are now ready to move again an... read more
