I required paperwork from this company for my insurance company, Imade at least six phone calls, left messages and sent an email and no reply. Isuggest if you require any paperwork you obtain it at the time of service because they probably wont return your calls. John L PS 1 star is being generous
This is my second dealing with Secure Glass. I have found them very helpful, friendly, and professional . They have sorted out the insurance, offered a courtesy car and true to their word, my car was finished around time given. I would highly recommend them, you will not be dissappointed

Brilliant. Great service! I popped into their pop up in Waihi, and within a few minutes had a diagnosis - then a few minutes more we had a plan. Andre worked with my insurer (Tower) to get the windscreen replacement paperwork sorted making things super easy for me. By the next afternoon (I got extremely lucky with a windscreen being ready) I had a new windscreen, the claim had been approved and I was driving away happy. Customer first service - 100% recommend.
