I've used the team at Secure glass for a few years now. They are extremely professional and are always so easy to deal with. It's rare to come across a company that makes things easy and stress free. Highly recommended.
The actual work done on my car was excellent but I required paperwork from this company for my insurance company, I made at least six phone calls, left messages and sent an email and no reply. My insurance company also sent two emails. All we/they wanted was an invoice. Isuggest if you require any paperwork you obtain it at the time of service because they probably wont return your calls. Amazing service, fast efficient and great quality work. Customer service is five star they were very happy to help and made sure I was 100% happy with the work done. Would highly recommend.
Great service right from when I thought it was a crack repair was shown why the crack could not be repaired so it was a windscreen replacement was contacted through the job how things were going and was carried out efficiently and very good communication. Would definitely recommend Secureglass as good repairers.
