Life can be very hard. When we come to businesses sometimes we can get a service with a smile and still be frustrated in the end when we are still left with problems. I've come to him with emergency issues when machines have failed me and it's been above and beyond! Great customer service, great work I still benefit from today(mind you this is my second time needing him, I seen him last year), I was comforted before the job was done!

I called Kourtney to see if he wanted to repair a mower deck support that split at the factory weld. With enthusiasm he said if you're willing to drive an hour he would fix it on the spot for me to save me a return trip. Upon entering the shop Kourtney & his team made me feel like a VIP.
