I'm a Realtor and I speak from the lender and the buyer I represented this title company is incompetent. They also promised me they were sending my cda wire and they never did. Worst experience ever! I will tell all my peers to make sure they go with Capital Title!

I have worked with five different title companies and this is by far the worst one I have ever dealt with. The communication on their part is absolutely terrible. One of the many issues was that they watsed our time by having us sign closing documents twice without getting proper confirmation of when the seller would sign. And then when we asked back for our large down payment after three weeks, since the seller still didn't sign, they (Krisha Murphy) made it seem like we were the issue.
