I've been working for SNS for about 5 years now. The work load, environment, communication are all amazing. The leaders care about their employees and want to see them thrive. The work\life balance is encouraged. Leadership understands that life does happen and are very understanding regarding needing to have time off or having last minute appointments come up. If I could, I'd give 6 stars or more.
