If I had known what I know now, I would have stayed away from this company. I ended up paying money for a cancellation that I made within the stipulated 3-day period. This company, owned by Keith Ware was given permission to install an alarm system at my residence which is monitored through Guardian and partnered with Alarm.com. The contract stated that there is a 3-day period in which the user can cancel without incurring any expenses or penalties. This company will NOT honor this.
