This company is an Absolute Scam. You will be sent back and forth between ADT and this company if you have any issues. They also scam you into a 3 year contract then when it does not work or you need help, you get the run around and no one actually services the account. If you request to cancel you are required to pay the contract out for 36 months to Secure24 Reguardless of if the equipment or system operates. While support is very nice they are very bad at disclosing information. What we thought was a one time payment was actually 4 and this wasnt every disclosed to us. When we called in because they kept trying to charge us and it kept bouncing they never mentioned we would have to pay two more times. So we get charged again. I had to call in to find out when these charges would stop because not once was it mentioned when we called that they would continue. I honestly wouldnt use this company again if I had a choice.
Installs consumer grade devices that you can install at Best Buy. Didn’t install what I asked for. Camera systems don’t even integrate with the alarm system. Workers are professional, products sold are rips and over priced.
