If I could do a negative rating I would. I am in a bad marriage, and in the process of divorce. I called them to cancel services and work on a payment plan for the remaining balance of what I owe them. On multiple calls with multiple representatives, I was told that they couldn't do any type of plans and that unless I am calling to pay over 1000.00 right then and there I didnt need to be on the phone. Overall, good experience. Felt a little rushed when I had some questions. They weren't able to install the doorbell camera due to my not having Internet yet since I hadn't moved in yet. However, they changed the date to earlier in the week but didn't indicate it would affect/change anything. Although there are instructions, the wiring makes me nervous, so I haven't done it yet. Would have been nice to have had the professionals installing it even without Internet, this way you'd only have to link/connect to the wi-fi/Interne... read more
