Tech was great, was even early. Very efficient and knowledgeable.
Took 3 hours to cancel through the phone. First time using them. Security system placed May 27. Me and my husband requested the package with all and cameras. No cameras installed on the day scheduled just a poorly installed front door camera with the security system. May 28 Another ADT Worker from another Branch came in due to miscommunication; took a look at the installation and was confused why there was no cameras and the only one was placed was poorly installed. Pleased with the fast response and clean installation of new security devices by the ADT technician, who answered all of our questions regarding the new security system and control pad. Was just a bit disappointed that ADT doesn't install POE cameras nor have them available as an option, so minus 1 star for limited device options. NOTE: the installer used battery-only devices, but informed us that we are not responsible for battery upkeep - ADT will come out and swap them whenever low power levels are detected by the system.... read more
Rude customer service when trying to cancel an appointment. Deceptive pricing. I would not do business with them.
Our installer was professional, kind and patient. He explained how the installation would progress, the different options we had and the cost of each, and took the time to explain everything to us and then made sure we tried it before he left. What a wonderful experience!
