Danny was awesome! He was extremely flexible, patient, kind and helpful. He made sure to explain every step and device thoroughly to us. He helped us decide which devices would be most appropriate and affordable for our home. Very cool guy 10/10 :)
This company scams people! The salesperson reviewed a list of my equipment needs - confirmed that it would all be included with no additional charges. On installation day the technician claimed not to have multiple pieces available and that he would be back to install them at a later date. Well, a later date never came. When I asked to be connected to the original sales person I worked with I was told that was not possible. So I was not given what I was sold and all they care about is getting their cancellation fee.
