Please do NOT do business with this company.. Scandalous people who refuse to assist when you’re having trouble or will delay. All they care about is if they keep you on THE 90 DAY CONTRACT so they can then SELL YOUR ACCOUNT TO ADT. DO NOT START A SUBSCRIPTION..
Great service at a good price. No issues so far
Kevin provided amazing service! He called me before arriving to make sure he didn’t accidentally park in my neighbor’s spot. He took the time to walk me through all the features, ensuring I fully understood how everything worked. Since my internet wasn’t set up yet, he arranged a follow-up appointment at a time that was convenient for me. His professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were outstanding. A++++ service! Highly recommend Kevin!
Mike Renville was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire installation. He was creative in problem solving issues that arose and made sure everything was set up perfectly before leaving. Not to mention, his friendly personality made him a pleasure to have around throughout the day. He exceeded expectations in attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction, which is hard to find these days. And, we’re very happy with our new system. I highly recommend Mike!
