The process was easy and the technician was knowledgeable and very helpful.
The promo for $1,000 credit not explained truthfully. Had a surprise bill for install of $1,200 and no credit could be applied to the balance. They made it right though but was a hassle. Should have stayed with CPI because we got more for the money in accessories. ADT system is not nearly well integrated as CPI and they were honest and straight forward in what was included and the print.
