Amazing experience from start to finish. It all started with the knowledgeable, patient, and friendly office staff. What a team! I had so many questions! They walked me through every step of the selections and choices of windows/doors with care. Then all the way through to the timely and precise install, I felt understood and informed about the whole process. I would absolutely give this company my very best recommendation.
From the beginning of our time with SECURE Windows Solutions it has been smooth sailing. From initial phone calls for quotes, questions, etc Joanna and the owner Brandon were honest, reliable & friendly. Joanna was very communicative and friendly. She would let us know when our door was ordered, to delivery, and installation dates. Secure Window Solutions was amazing to work with! In particular, Joanna at their office did a fantastic job communicating throughout the material ordering and permitting process. Joanna would email me every Monday AM like clockwork to provide an update on the permit application, the status of the material in manufacturing, status of material delivery to their warehouse, etc. It was nice that Joanna was so prompt with feedback. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of job that was done in my home. They installed impact windows and the whole process went really smooth with this company. They keep the communication open with the customer at every step of the process. The timeline was kept as promised. I would highly recommend them!
