I had Secure Vu as the security provider for my restaurant and would never recommend them. In April, my restaurant was broken into and robbed overnight. The alarms were blaring, but it took Secure Vu over 10 minutes to contact me, which is completely unacceptable for a security company. Since then, the system has basically not worked. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone for support, and when we tested the alarms again in October, we didn’t receive any call at all. Guys were amazing at set up but then ghosted immediately after. Tried contacting for technical difficulties and they won’t answer phone or email. Very much do not recommend this company
