Had SVSi install security cameras/system at our house about 3 1/2 years ago and now recently had a visit to update us since we had changes, re: different router, computer, etc. Loukas is very professional, super nice, and easy to talk to and ask questions of. Nice to know SVSi is there to help down the road. Would definitely recommend them.
W have used their services for many years and very happy with their services. Loukas and his team are very efficient and prompt. I would highly recommend them.
SVSI were very accommodating regarding matching with our schedule, showed up on time and were able to complete the service call and provide explanations in a friendly and expedient manner.
We use SVS alarm for many years and I highly recommend this company. One phone call and the issue is looked and handled the next morning. They bring all the possible parts and don’t need to run back and forth to solve the issue. Thank you guys!!!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Zero communication or follow-up from this company. I can’t rate their products or camera installations because they don’t get back to customers or even bother to book for an estimate. When I emailed SVSI to obtain a quote for a PTV camera system I received a reply from Loukas who advised he would come out to our home to suggest appropriate cameras and provide a quote.
