The original owner sold the company a while back. However, I personally have had an excellent relationship with their company for well over 7 years. They have taken care of all my security needs at numerous locations, both residential and commercial. He's very knowledgeable, and cuts straight to the chase. They have helped me on Sundays, late nights, early mornings, etc.. Great folks all around! I have not dealt with the new company but trust he left me in good hands with the company he turned everything over to.
I called earlier today 1/17/25 because the system in my home, that I’m not signed up for or use, was screaming at me. The man I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and belittling, continuously speaking down to me as if it was my doing that this system randomly woke up and started screaming. When I reminded him that it is possible to help while not speaking down to a person he hung up on me like some kind of petulant child who’s never been stood up to before.
