I was very unlucky to work with all the employees of Secure Title in Athens. Teri, Beresa and Laura. I use my name and this is the experience i had. I do a lot of real estate transactions, and Secure Title was the worst title company I have worked with by far. To begin with, customer service wise, they have horrible customer service skills. I was the seller. I had my own representation, yet Secure title wanted me to pay them 100 dollars to come and sign the closing documents. I declined. Great friendly and professional service.
We just recently bought a house in Ohio. We live in Massachusetts right now until we move. I asked for the deed to be mailed to my address in Massachusetts and they mailed it to the address I’m moving to. That makes no sense since no one is living there yet and I specifically asked for it to be sent here. Now our deed is lost somewhere and they don’t want to take responsibility for it. Unreal. They will take your money but don’t do what the customer wants .
Laurie and her team provide excellent customer service. I've worked with Secure for many years and they are top notch!
