Basic open bay storage. A bit over priced for a general overhang spot at 200+ a month but the 100+ a month uncovered spot is okay if your looking for a lot to leave a boat or vehicle. Large enough for large 5th wheel trailers too.
Great place to store trailers and vehicles. Easy to work with owners and they now have their dump station up and running. Air is also available on site. I store my personal trailer and scouts store 2 trailers here as well. Easy in/out and lots of room to maneuver and back in unlike most lots that squish you in and half of them I could not even get the trailer into or had to ask someone to move to get out. Clean facility nice staff. 1 star because they raised the monthly rent by 25% after just 2 months. And no we were not on a promotional rate. No response from customer service when asked about it. Sketchy business practice
