"My husband and I have a great relationship with almost everyone here, but the manager, John, is a consistent source of friction. He has yelled 'break down your boxes' at us in an angry, rude, and unprofessional tone several times while we were unpacking—even though he has personally watched us break down 99% of our boxes unless they are being used to contain liquids or loose packing peanuts to prevent littering. Management is terrible. They over charge for the units and up your monthly fees when ever they feel like it.. absurd charges for deliveries and dumpster fees.. I would suggest finding another location for short term and long term storage.
Very clean and nice storage unit. Customer service is Amazing
I had a storage unit here for 7 years. These guys are the best. I would write them six stars if I had the option. The unit flooded once and they contacted us immediately to come inspect our belongings. Not only did we inspect our belongings but they provided us solutions and a reduced price for the damage done. Our unit was fortunate we had no damage. They provided us the materials to dry it out immediately. Note the flood was kind of one of those one in 1,000 year deals.
