I have been here going on 3 years. They have the best customer service in the business.
Don’t ever use this place . I paid for a month online and never used it . The very next day I called to get into the combination lock on the unit that was assigned and they couldn’t get me into it . We tried 3 other units and they didn’t know the combinations . I then told them I wanted to cancel and requested a refund which I never got . They have called me for the last 2 months and every time I told them the story and they would ask upper management . 2 and a half months later they said it was denied by upper management . ... read more
