Unlawfully removed a vehicle that was used for mainly kids getting to school and doctors appointments etc. The Manager is super rude and literally makes things up to cover her own butt or for simple personal pleasure. Supplies false police reports and wastes the policemen(s) time just to harass renters that are doing the best to get out while being harassed and helpers being removed. We had a storage unit in Secure Storage for about a year and needed a larger space. One came available and we put our lock on it. We had it partially full when we were notified that someone else had reserved it. Difficult situation. The owner worked it out to where we were able to stay in the new unit even though the mistake was ours. We are grateful that he was willing to go the extra mile for us.
