First experience was great. 5 stars. NOOWWW 7/22 : Continue to ask for refund for two units I never even used. I got them for an upcoming huge storm to store things and the VERY NEXT DAY called and canceled before they ever unlocked them for me to use. He said no worries and for 6 months they've blown smoke and said they mailed me the refund via check. About 4 times they mailed a check!?!?! Seems suspicious. I just want my money back for the two units I never used.
Great rental rates and they offer a one year rate lock. No need to shop around - since they offer a price match guarantee. The manager is very helpful.
The guy here didn't want to help me out or Noone actually he was rude the whole time I was in here he was telling me not to get a storage unit here and he is the property manager here like what the heck
