I wish I had read these reviews instead of going on the suggestion of new neighbors. I got a bill that stated payment was due July 31st. On July 8 they didn't pick up my trash. When I called I was told my bill was 1 day past due. Now, exactly 1 month later, they neglected to pick up my trash AGAIN. In a phone call, they argued about whether or not it was actually picked up. My trash service has been skipped several times since being with them and I haven’t missed a single payment. My pickup day is everyday Thursday and I’ve put it out Tuesday for the past few pickups and they haven’t picked up. Not going to be with them too much longer if it keeps happening

As you have said lately that driver shortage didnt allow you to pick up on time then driver comes tuesday late and my day is wed so you leave my trash because he cam early. Now you say because of a few peices of scrap wood in my can its 10 more to pick up. Well you started out good and now your getting like all the rest around dallas and Paulding. this company isnt dependable an the women (kelly) is rude an very disrespectful. i left their money at the can an watch them pick it up and they stopped my service the following week for none payment.
