I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Secure Sanitation has been extremely disappointing. This is not the first time my trash has been missed, despite my account always being paid on time and in good standing. Even when my trash is picked up, the crew often leaves trash scattered in the road and in my driveway. I’ve had to clean up after them and put trash back into the can myself on multiple occasions. If I could put no stars that would be ideal!!! HORRIBLE trash company!!! I have had so many issues over the years with this company!! I’m so glad I finally had enough and decided to take my business elsewhere. This company can’t decide what time they want to pick up trash leaving us all guessing. When you call and complain they won’t even work with you just MORE money for their services!!!! I cannot wait until this nightmare with this company is past me!!!
this company is the most disrespectful trash receptacle company I have ever encountered. They have continuously violated the noise ordinance of the city of Dallas by backing down the shared driveway I share with five other neighbors in the hour of 2 AM. My neighbors and I have complained over a span of three months to no avail. It has gotten so bad that I have resorted to filing a complaint with the Marshalls office. Words to the wise do not endorse this company. They have no respect for Neighborhoods!
Probably the worst trash company in Temple. The trash people are lazy and if the trash is too heavy they don't even take and just leave it in the yard.
