We did a move to the coast, the entire process was fantastic. Our container had to be stored for a couple of weeks before we could arrange unloading on the other end and the drivers in Kelowna/Surrey were perfect at what they did, being gentle with loading/unloading. From the first phone call, all staff provided awesome customer service from start to finish.
