I work at a chiropractic office that used to do drug screening before a re-branding. Today I received a called from Tisha saying that she needed to confirm the name of a patient that she got results for. Firstly, she was very rude. When I told her that we no longer had those files readily available and the doctor would have to give her a call back, she took a tone and asked to speak to the doctor or "someone who knows what they are doing" after I told her that the doctor was with a patient and would have to call her back.
