I moved into a 55 pus community at the end of january and took this monitoring service for $900. Should have continued with ADT Yesterday the alarm went off and went to the second level since i had fallen and was unable to get up fast enough I am 79 and have a disability No call came from them. When I called the next morning they did not show that I was ever hooked up from the beginning of February..I am going to do what I can to get my money back for system and monitoring fees they never did
