This is a subcontractor to the builder. Terrible overall. Salesman lied.
Really disappointed. Quality, Professionalism, Promptness, Responsiveness and Competence have all gone downhill.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company. They installed a contact strip sensor for me, but failed to actually install the second sensor necessary for it to function properly. When I called to get the issue fixed, not only did they refuse to take responsibility for their mistake, but they were incredibly rude and dismissive over the phone. I could not be more disappointed in this company. They are the sub-contractor for my new residential development in a Del Webb. Several phone calls and two no-show appointments over a couple of months and I still don't have what was contracted for at time of sale. Definitely oversell and under deliver. Would absolutely stay away from this company if given the choice.
