Omar, was very helpful in guiding what I have to do. He provided an abundance amount of knowledge just in the consultation.
For 2 years now our relationship with Omar has been very disappointing. We have dealt with poor communication and inaccurate returns. This year I was told, just 1 week ago, that we had a $4000+ refund coming. When I received the return today to approve, the return shows that I actually owe $300. It is incomprehensible that you could make that much of an error.
