Not sure if they are still in business or not. If they are best to avoid. We own one of their $10,000 systems that is now non functional. They failed to apply an update that the Illinois State Police required and gave them notice of over a year ago. Tech support no answer via supposed 24/7 hotline.
PJ was absolutely rude as hell. Two seconds after calling, he interupts demanding to know why we were calling (while were in the midst of stating why we were calling.) Ungrateful people will ruin a company's reputation in 10 seconds that took years of hard work to create. We will take our business elsewhere since he said he didn't need us as a customer.
Our store has been using the Secure Outcomes GunSmoke system for almost a year now. Support has always been top notch and I don't know how we would have kept our business going without the system.
Great experience working with Secure Outcomes personnel! Jessica and the rest of the team couldn't have been more professional or friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for the latest technology to help streamline the fingerprinting process in any context. Awesome company with an awesome product!
