These women are forging government documents, namely eviction letters, to intimidate their “tenants” into leaving the property without having to file the proper paperwork OR give the required notice to vacate. Apparently, they also believe that cursing is enough to evict someone from a property, as evidenced in several text messages. I would not recommend doing business with them
Heard nothing but TERRIBLE things about this place. Stay far away! Nothing but a waste of time and money. Ask them about the FREE HEADACHES. I’m sure they still got plenty in stock.
ZERO STARS! This place is a cesspool. There is mold in every apartment unit and restroom. None of the structures on the property are code compliant. There are 17 apartments that are classified as LI1..light industrial. Not for habitation. Every one of these "apartments" has been rented for 20+ years by Jimmy and Paula Justice. They are aware of the condition of the property and refuse to repair or offer any remedy for tenants. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE...YOU WILL REGRET IT
