I’ve been having the same issue as those 1 stars. Since January no one answers my calls or returns my emails. I closed on a house in December and been trying to transfer the foundation in my name. What’s going on with this business their website is down. I don’t think I want to have any future work with them if it’s impossible now to get any one to answer.
They do not answer calls, may be out of business or dodging warranty work. Is been weeks since I closed on my house and try to get a hold of them to see about transferring my roof warranty under my name.
