Working Yuvi was amazing from start to finish. He returned my calls quickly. Yuvi explained in simple and understandable terms what he was going to do to make the locks on my 1927 house work safe and effectively. He answered my questions in a way that showed me that he was very knowledgeable and at the same time using customer-friendly words. Yuvi confirmed the visit before coming, arrived on time and completed his work as promised. He also followed up to ask our satisfaction with his work. Amazing start to finish.
Professional and honest. Usually I get a general contractor in, they take one look at my house and try to rip me off. This guy is honest, hardworking, and clean. He works with you, not a high pressure salesman but he is going to advise you in your benefit. It is rare these days. I took 50% of his advice as I had a funding restriction and avoid credit, and he was fine with it even going above and beyond on the parts he did.
