Best person I have ever hired! Not only the problem with both my (age old) garage doors has been resolved, I now know much more about springs, pulley and the motors through his detailed information and I can probably fix any minor issues myself in the future. Hands down best customer support as he made a second visit, at no cost, to further adjust motor force. I would definitely hire again if I ever need to.
