Fantastic service and very reasonable, highly recommend using Secure. Staff is amazing, we will be back for sure.
All the employees were very nice but service has been terrible. I called to have someone inspect an alarm system giving a trouble signal. It was for a condo building. Took some back and forth to finally get someone out to check it out. The trouble shooting process took several hours. Like I said the tech was nice but he wasn’t really sure of the issue. Spent a lot of time on the phone with coworkers. Eventually I was told we would need to replace the control panel. They promised a quote. I waited a couple of weeks, no quote.... read more
As a property manager, Jim and Andy have been amazing to work with on each one.
In my role, I work with vendors monthly on our shared account statements to make sure everything is current/accurate. I cannot thank Jim enough for his timely communication and patience as we work to get on the same page with invoices each month! Figuring out two different company work flows is always a challenge, but Jim makes it easy. He is incredible to work with, and our team definitely appreciates the regular email reminders about invoices and ease to make payments! Cannot recommend Secure Fire enough!
