The woman on reception at Secure Fencing is rude, overbearing, cuts you off mid sentence before allowing a person to complete what they want to say. Comes across aggressive, her attitude when answering the phone to a possible client for business turns you off immediately and you automatically take your business elsewhere. I would suggest that your reception staff need retraining on communication and telephone etiquette. Otherwise people will take their business elsewhere.
