This is the second 1-star rating I’ve given. Weird that my first one disappeared. On 2/23, I went to my storage unit and discovered an infestation of stink bugs. We immediately moved everything out, and upon completion of the move I called and left a message letting them know I would be terminating my contract. I requested a call back. In 2/25, I called again and had to leave another message ensuring they received my original message since I hadnt heard back. Mary was great and helped us with everything in our time of crises and I appreciate her help so much the facility was very clean and tidy and I love that she was very friendly thanks Mary!

Hi Mary is my go-to person here at the storage facility here on Sharon Road I just wanted to let you know that Shirley she is a compliment to your company she's very concerning always aware and able to answer questions anytime certainly it's a it's good to know someone in the school something good for you too for having her as your employee thank you very much and see you later bye-bye

The people in the office have been a delight to do business with. My unit is dry, secure, and intact. The communication when having questions addressed has been 5 Star service ‼️ This facility was a great choice!
