Buyer Beware. I rented a unit and during the first month realized that I no longer needed it. So, over a week before the first month was concluded, I gave them notice that I would NOT be renewing. I could not find a way to cancel my account on the site. In fact, there isn't a way. You have to contact them. The only thing I could do is click a button not to auto-renew. This is the second 1-star rating I’ve given. Weird that my first one disappeared. On 2/23, I went to my storage unit and discovered an infestation of stink bugs. We immediately moved everything out, and upon completion of the move I called and left a message letting them know I would be terminating my contract. I requested a call back. In 2/25, I called again and had to leave another message ensuring they received my original message since I hadnt heard back. Mary was great and helped us with everything in our time of crises and I appreciate her help so much the facility was very clean and tidy and I love that she was very friendly thanks Mary!
