I’ve had a good experience dealing with this company. Every time I’ve talked with them they’ve been professional, responsive, and actually helpful. Solid people who do excellent work.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you need an electrician.

Had them do a job. Would rate them 4 of 5 for the job. Decided to use them for my generator. Long story short, my generator died, called Secure to repair. Would make appointments and they would cancel or not show. No call, no text, no email. My generator was dead for 6 months. They came twice only to have to order parts. I gave up on them coming and fixing my generator and found someone else.

I never post negative reviews but this company takes the cake. Would give zero or negative stars if that was an option. Long time customer which speaks to my stupidity. Not one off customer service challenges. They repeatedly blow off confirmed appointments without any notice. Do not respond back to calls, texts or emails. Do not monitor, even though supposed to, issues with generator. I know there are not many options where they are located but look elsewhere if u can. Generac should pull them as an authorized service tech.... read more

Nothing but great experiences with this company. They’ve helped me on several occasions with both small, simple jobs and more complex fixture installation. They are courteous, show up on time, and do quality work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

A total scam, worst contractor in NY so far. I would give 0 star if that was an option. They show up late, they overcharge, they hide into the van to let the time pass by while you are paying based on time and material. It took them 4 months to wire a pool and they did it wrong, they didn’t even bother to search what type of pool when charging over $15k for it. They don’t answer emails or sms… a total scam
