My fiancé came in for a maintenance cleaning at 9:30am. He was taken back almost immediately and proceeded to sit in a room and wait til 10:15 to be seen by the doctor. Apparently Secure Dental feels it's okay to slam a doctor with more patients than they can handle, causing them to run around from room to room taking care of all these patients simultaneously. We did not end up leaving the office until 11:30am. 2 hours wasted for what should have been a 30/45 minute appointment. Will never be coming back here.
The Dr always makes sure I’m comfortable and checks in on me during the procedure. Manager Sonya is very sweet and helpful as well.
Great service and was very quick
the place is amazing everybody there from the front desk to from all staff the nurses and the doctor amazing never felt more comfortable relaxed I found the best and thanks to every one there Brad BORNSTEIN
