DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY, SECURE COMFORT. ROBERT ALEXANDER IS THE OWNER. He installed a 14 SEER heat pump when it should have been a 15 SEER heat pump. Like it is agreed on the contract. Also in his contract he should have pulled permits but he did not and told me I had to pay. Clearly states in his contract it is part of the flat fee rate.
