Do Not Use This Company. They cut corners and do not get the proper legal permits to do their installs. I had this company come out and they got forceful with the decision making process. We do need a solution but I immediately felt buyers remorse after the financing was rammed through. We were hoping to get this over with but the h*** just started. Extremely Unprofessional and ****************** I should have read Yelp reviews before hiring this guy. The experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The installation was done quickly but very unprofessionally, and then he disappeared completely.I tried reaching out several times, sending texts with pictures of loose electrical wires everywhere, but received no response. He took advantage of two seniors whose furnace went out on a very cold day. Said he would charge $120 to come out. When he left, he charged them over $160, claimed it was his "weekend fee". He supposedly diagnosed the problem. Something to do with a sensor and would cost over $1000 to replace. A more reputable company came out and fixed the furnace. I had no heat and googled for someone to come check out the problem. I should of known something wasn't right when I first called their number. A lady answered, said their service fee was $180. I then got a call back real quick from a guy that told me his wife just had dental work and his fee was only $125. When he showed up for some reason my heat has come back on but I asked him to check things out anyways. One of the worst experiences we have had with a subcontractor. Very poor customer service. Very rude and arrogant and extremely unprofessional. We are general contractors and had no issues with the electricians or plumbers. *******************************, owner, was first subcontractor in the new construction to install HVAC. He didn't efficiently do his job and when electricians came in to do their part of the project, he decided they were in his way and cut their wiring. Secure Comfort gets an F. 3 missed appts. in a row. Bad excuses. I had a new company come. They were astounded at the bad previous service I received. My heat pump and thermostat were fixed....Finally!!! My previous heat Bills were Outragious!!! My heat bills are Finally normal. What a waste of money, patience, and time on Secure Comfort.
