Tried canceling the trial, and I keep being told that I cannot. This is not worth it. I can get security systems at much fairer prices in other retail locations. Customer service refuses to remove the systems. I am not happy.
We love our home security system! No fuss no muss. They came in and did all the installation and our home is now controlled by our phones. We can let in caregivers for my mother. She is elderly and wears the pendant. We know what the puppy is doing and the kids are doing, who cruised by the house and when packages are delivered. We’ve seen a fox and a skunk in our yard at night. So neat. We set the lights, garage and doors on timers so we never forget. Don’t know why we waited this long.
This is easiest and most effective system I’ve had in a home. All the technology is there but so simple to operate and you can operate from your smartphone. Vivint home security systems are the best. The cameras are fantastic as well.
5 stars! I can't figure out how we got along without this impressive home security system! We love it and use it daily. Considering COVID is winding down, we are starting to spend more time away and we feel so much better knowing our home security it at our fingertips. If we get a package, we get an immediate cell phone alert. If someone rings the doorbell, we can talk to them on our cell phones, even if we aren't home. The cameras cover such a large area with the kind of clarity you'd expect from the best HDTV. Just amazing... read more
