Don't waste your time doing tellehealth therapy with these guys. They will not respond with any issues you may be having. I've been charged for the last 2 months and haven't seen my therapist once in that time period and nobody in the office will do anything but forward your message to the therapist like they are able to fix the platform secure based uses i.e. Google meet
Had a therapist for over a year, and she just bailed on me without any notice or any reason.. lol great place!
Took my elementary-aged daughter here for two years with little to no progress. The therapists refused to push her to answer and my daughter saw it as play time. Near the end of our time there, she went through 3 therapists in 6 months due to high turnover. We were subsequently charged to start intake over with each new therapist. Moved to a different therapist in a different town with much better results. Her therapist has a true relationship with my daughter and has built a level of trust needed to actively work together.
Has helped me a lot and chitter me out of some dark places
