Unfortunately, I’m another of MANY clients of Deanne Norris’ and Jo Ann Drago‘s. DEANNE messed up my return two years in a row charged me extra to fix it cost me over $1500 in penalties and interest. Instead of discussing the situation with me, professionally, DEANNE blocked all of my phone calls and ignored my emails. I was previously a client for Geyer & Associates, which was then purchased by Secure Accounting. My time working with Geyer was great. No issues. They were fast and easy to work with. Ever since they were purchased by Secure it's been a mess. Emails and questions go answered for weeks and weeks. It's impossible to get Jo Ann to respond to anything. I am a fellow small business owner in the same area and I have never experienced the lack of professionalism as I have with this company. We have paid for services through May of 2024 and still have not received YE 2023 figures/ P&L so we can do our taxes. No explanation, no communication. Frustrating doesn't begin to explain it.

This is one of the most unprofessional places I have EVER dealt with. JoAnn just stopped doing our month taxes without any communication whatsoever! I called and emailed her countless times to see if there was an issue or inquire what the problem was. I received NO communication back at all. If you don't want to have someone's business that is fine but COMMUNICATE THAT!!!!
