Y'all this place couldn't get any better !! I booked my storage unit on a Saturday not realizing the office was closed 😔 I tried giving the office a call in hopes someone would answer and they did !!! That someone was Roy. He just happened to be at the Elizabeth City location cutting the grass when he came inside and heard the phone ring. Very Professional staff and excellent storage units. Prices very reasonable Unit low to the ground that allowed 10 foot utility trailer to be stored for past 4 years. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
This place is new, so clean, safe and the automated access is great. Personal dealing with Leslie, she has been most helpful and so quick to reply. They are great to deal with if you have storage needs.
We're very satisfied with the service that has been provided to us. Also satisfied with the location. Everyone is extremely friendly.
