Crushed my return box and left empty round holes in my siding, and also stepped on my ceiling and is caved in. He would not return phone calls. Basically I had to get a hold of the licenced holder which this company works under.

Did a great job several years ago with a 4 camera system. Had him come out to add 4 more and they are subpar compared to first 4. He is thin-skinned, and didn't make it right because I called him a liar. Which HE IS. BECAUSE HE SAID HE WOULD COME OUT AND MAKE IT RIGHT. I'm a loyal customer but he just saw the last of me. Not the same level of professionalism. He tried to scam me into a higher priced system and balked when I said no. We agreed to adding additional analog, all I need , and he will not make it right. Truly Outstanding! Professional, Smart Team. Great Customer Service, they were patient with me, clearly explained my system to me and my family. I would recommend them 100 out of 100 times. Very much worth the price!

Came out quickly, estimated cost and installed 5 cameras in one day. Called them back for another camera installation. All has gone well for a couple of years. Security is easy to review and even reviewed pictures of three kids wearing hoodies breaking into my truck. Great cameras and quality is just as good at night as daylight.
