She was very knowledgeable of the claims process, Responsive to all questions and concerns and expedited my claim in record time. I would hire her in a heartbeat!
Expect your premiums to go up considerably when renewal time comes. When you cancel be prepared to wait multiple weeks for the reimbursement check.
Secura has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. We have had two claims in the past and both were handled so fast and seamless. The employees were very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. We felt very supported and our repair shop also commented on how wonderful they are to deal with as well. We are very sad to have to part ways now that they will no longer b me handling personal policies. They have definitely set the bar high that is for sure. Thank you Secura for your wonderful service!
The WORST customer service ever! They do not represent you -Secura is not on your side!!! Horrible communication, no return phone calls. Do NOT recommend!
Honestly was surprised at how easy it was to talk to an actual person. As a rule, I really don't enjoy talking on the phone but everyone I interacted with made me feel like they were actively listening and following along as I went through the healing process. Getting hurt at work was a real bummer but working with Secura made it a little less stressful.
