I've been using Sectorlink since early 2000's and will continue to do so because they know what they are doing, and they have great support. Big name hosting companies have big advertising budgets, which is what they spend their money on. I prefer to give my business to a company I can trust.

Highest praises for Sectorlink. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. Greg “bent over backwards” to help my small business website get migrated to them from Go Daddy, where I felt I had an awful experience. Sectorlink’s services are reasonably priced, without never-ending add-ons or gorilla marketing. You can tell that they care about their customers. Sectorlink has been a true blessing, and I would highly recommend them.
I am extremely grateful for their service. It's easy to find hosting if you are a big company. It is extremely hard for the small guys. You don't get much smaller than me, I host a game server with them. I co-locate a desktop in their datacenter, it's about 4 hours away from me. I've been there a few times for installation (though I believe they will install for you if you ship). The staff are always professional and responsive.
