Had a team come in this last monday to do a full replacement of our front door, and, to build a little entry zone by it. I could not be more impressed. The team, if memory serves, was comprised of Jermain, Saihee, and Dez (more than likely incorrect spelling). They each had their own specialties as they worked and they worked together very well when the time for direct cooperation came. HUGE rant to sector one. Not sure how the hell they won best business as I have not heard anything good about them. Had I known these things earlier I would have taken by business elsewhere. We purchased windows and were told they would be in in 6-8 weeks. 50 weeks later and we are STILL waiting. Got a call our windows are in, went to pick them up and they have no idea where our windows are. Beware people…Take your business elsewhere! What a joke!
Sector 1 did a tremendous job on our bay window from removing the old bay window to building a whole new bay was great, only thing we would of liked was a bit more communication on when the different crews would be showing up. Overall great experience great work and crews were professional. Will be using again in the future and highly recommend.
Everyone should have a staff member to come out and do an estimate like Sector 1. The level of professionalism has been unmet by any other contractor!
